These latest additions further solidify Yesway’s footprint in the high-growth states of Oklahoma and New Mexico.

The company recently debuted new Allsup’s stores in Blanchard, Eufaula, and Krebs (McAlester), Oklahoma, as well as in Los Lunas, New Mexico—strategic locations that reinforce Yesway’s commitment to serving rural and suburban communities with best-in-class convenience retail.

With these new openings, Yesway has now completed 86 new stores or major rebuilds over the past four years, a remarkable accomplishment that underscores its disciplined investment strategy and unwavering focus on long-term market leadership.

The wide selection of products available include Allsup’s World Famous Burritos, Yesway private-label snacks, fresh Allsup’s bread, milk, and eggs, and more.

Yesway Extends Support to the Texas Hill Country Following Devastating Kerr County Flooding

Community members, customers, and supplier partners are encouraged to join in-store fundraising efforts through July 31

Fort Worth, TX – July 8, 2025 – In the wake of the heartbreaking flooding that struck Kerr County and surrounding areas over the July 4th weekend, Yesway is joining the effort to provide comfort, support, and relief to those who need it most. As a company deeply rooted in Texas, we are humbled to stand alongside the people of the Hill Country during this incredibly difficult time.

We are Texas Strong. Donations needed. Every Customer can donate $1, $5, $10 or more at checkout at Yesway or Allsup's.To aid immediate recovery and long-term rebuilding, Yesway is pledging a $100,000 donation to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. In the spirit of compassion and collective strength, we are also inviting our Yesway and Allsup’s customers, employees, and supplier partners to contribute through donations made at the checkout, so that together, we can raise as much money as possible for the affected communities.

Now through July 31, 2025, donations of $1, $5, $10, or more can be made at the register in any Yesway or Allsup’s store. Every dollar raised will be directed to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s relief efforts to help families and first responders recover and rebuild.

As reported by the Hilltown Community Journal, the floods came swiftly and without warning in the early hours of July 4th: “The flooding struck with deadly speed along the Guadalupe River, catching many off guard… Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice said the Guadalupe River rose approximately 26 feet in just 45 minutes…” The damage has been extensive, with disaster declarations issued for 14 Texas counties, including Kerr, Gillespie, Comal, and Kimble, among others. Campsites, homes, and riverside communities have been destroyed. Lives have been lost, and search and rescue efforts continue even now. The road to recovery will be a long one. “Our hearts are with the families, first responders, and entire communities whose lives were forever changed by these floods,” said Tom Trkla, Yesway’s Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. “We are not first responders, but as neighbors and fellow Texans, all of our over 3,100 employees in the state feel a deep responsibility to help however we can. It is with gratitude and humility that we offer our support and ask others to join us. Even a small donation can be a lifeline for someone in need. Yesway has always believed in the power of community. While no single act can undo the devastation, we hope that, together, we can provide relief, restore hope, and remind those suffering that they are not alone.”

Yesway’s Growth Momentum Continues in 2024

The company is significantly expanding its presence in Oklahoma with multiple new store openings slated this year, and new market concepts debuting in Texas

(Fort Worth, Texas – March 25, 2024) – Yesway, one of the country’s fastest growing convenience store chains, is significantly expanding its presence in Oklahoma, with its portfolio of stores in the state expected to stand at 15 locations by the end of 2024.

In addition to its five existing Oklahoma-based Allsup’s stores in Altus at 1711 North Main Street and 1419 South Main Street, Frederick at 301 North Main Street, Guymon at 1107 NE Highway 54, and Madill at 607 South 1st Street, the company recently celebrated the grand openings of its newest stores in Broken Bow at 1400 South Park Drive and Thackerville at 1173 Hide-A-Way Road, with two more locations slated to open in the first quarter of the year in Davis at Highway 7 & Hanover Road and Tushka at 416 N Jefferson Highway.

The Thackerville Allsup’s location represents the company’s first “true” interstate store, with the majority of the anticipated traffic coming off of Interstate 35, given its proximity to the WinStar World Casino, as well as being supported by the local community.

The company is slated to soon begin construction on three additional Allsup’s locations, in Elk City, Blanchard and Kiowa so that by early summer the Allsup’s presence in Oklahoma should be 12 stores strong.

These are just the latest of the new large-format stores Yesway has developed and is bringing to market. The 6,277 square-foot stores are open 24 hours per day and customers will be pleased to find their favorite Allsup’s world-famous burritos; a full array of Yesway and Allsup’s private label snacks; high-quality fresh Allsup’s bread, milk, and eggs; and a beer cave; along with amenities including Western Union service, ATM availability, and more.

“We are looking to further expand in the state and are in search of additional sites,” said Thomas Brown, Chief Real Estate Officer, Yesway. “With land we have under contract in Ardmore, Atoka and Okarche, and additional sites under consideration in Eufaula and McAllister, we expect to have a minimum of 15 stores in Oklahoma open and operating by the end of 2024.”

Brown continued, “In Oklahoma, we realized that many of its towns were underserved with a good convenience store operator that is focused on customer service and providing quality product with a strong value proposition; customers have long requested Allsup’s in those communities, and we are excited to bring our new stores there.”

In addition to making moves in Oklahoma, Yesway has also opened a new Allsup’s Express concept store in Denton, Texas, at 1320 W. Hickory Street, located next to the University of North Texas (UNT) campus.

The Allsup’s Express store, a 3,000 square foot bodega-style store open 24 hours per day, is focused on serving the UNT community and students with an assortment of merchandise offerings tailored to meet their needs including energy drinks, bottled waters, and teas, to hot coffee, cold fountain sodas, and F’Real shakes, tasty snacks, delicious hot to go and fresh meals, beer and wine, and the World Famous Allsup’s Burrito and Taco Sauce too.
