Shipping Policy

Shipping Days and Order Cut-Off Times:

We ship Monday through Wednesday to minimize the time perishable items spend in transit.
Orders received prior to 10am [Central Standard Time] on shipping days will be processed and fulfilled on the same day.
Orders received after 10am [Central Standard Time] will be fulfilled on the next processing day.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Orders:

Shipments from these days will be processed on the following Monday & or Tuesday.
- If Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday is a Holiday then the orders will be processed on the next following processing day.

Packaging and Temperature Control:

We take utmost care in packaging your perishable items to maintain their quality during transit.
Our packaging includes insulated containers and ice packs/dry ice, as necessary, to preserve the desired temperature.
We follow industry best practices and adhere to regulatory guidelines for packaging perishable shipments.
We do package with Dry Ice Packs so please take caution.
- Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide that passes from a solid to a gas without going through the liquid phase, so when used to cool food and beverages it doesn’t leave water behind like regular ice. Dry ice can cause burns on skin, should never be swallowed, and care must be taken when transporting and storing it.
- Safety Concerns Recommendations:
  - Dry ice can cause burns on skin and should never be eaten
  - Dry ice can cause containers or surfaces it is stored in to crack
  - Dry ice can cause an explosion if stored in a sealed container
  - Dry ice can cause asphyxiation
Upon receiving the package, it is advised to bring it indoors immediately and store the product in a freezer. If the package remains outside for more than 2 to 3 hours, the temperature may rise, potentially causing the contents to thaw or lose their proper temperature.

Delivery Timeframes and Tracking:

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address and Recipient Information:

It is essential to provide accurate delivery address details, including any special instructions or gate codes, to ensure successful delivery.
Please verify that the recipient’s contact information is correct to facilitate any necessary communication regarding the delivery.
If a wrong address is provided, please understand there will be no refunds.

If you encounter any issues with your perishable shipment, such as delays or damage, please contact our customer support team through our terms and conditions policy.
Our team will work diligently to address the situation and provide a satisfactory resolution within 72 business hours.

Hello valued customer! We appreciate you ordering from allsups.com/shop. The holiday season is a special season to provide Burritos, Chimis, Taco Sauce to your loved ones. This holiday season we have strict shipping deadlines for any order to receive it timely.

Important Shipping Dates to Note for the Holiday Season:

As part of our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we want to inform you in advance of our upcoming holiday closures. Frozen Logistics our 3rd Party who ships our products will be closed on the following dates:

Tuesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve)
Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day)
Thursday, December 26th
Friday, December 27th
Tuesday, December 31st (New Year’s Day)
Wednesday, January 1st (New Year’s Day)
Thursday, January 2nd
Friday, January 3rd

During these days, all of our warehouse, shipping, and office operations will be temporarily shut down. We will ship orders on the below schedule.

For Orders that come in during Christmas week.
- We will ship those orders on December 30th depending on the volume of orders.
- If we cannot ship on December 30th these orders will ship beginning the week of January 6th.
For Orders that come in during New Years week.
- We will ship those orders beginning January 6th.
